        Melissa Mees, PT

        Owner, Physical Therapist

        Born and raised in the Bismarck area, Missy graduated in 2002 from the University of Mary, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. She enjoys her time in the outdoors hunting & fishing, playing sports, horseback riding, and gardening, so the challenges of living a vigorous life are well known to her and enjoyed in stride.

         

        Missy takes pride in being recognized as a Manual Physical Therapist. Her treatments are hands on from start to finish. Missy is Certified in Advanced Dry Needling, Custom Foot Orthotics, Gait Assessment, Mulligan Concept and Ergonomic Assessments. With 16 years of physical therapy experience and a patient-focused approach honed during that time, she is ready to work with you to find a specialized recovery program tailored to your unique lifestyle and body.

         

        Missy knows that physical therapy is a team effort, and it is her goal to explain your injury, your body’s amazing recovery abilities and set out a plan that is expressed in a way which you will be able to understand and complete, without letting all of the medical mumbo-jumbo get in the way of your return to the life you love to live.

        Katelynn Kostelecky, PT, DPT, SCS

        Dr. Katie joined Mees PT in 2020. She was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology at UND, she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. Following completion of her professional program, she returned to her alma mater to complete a residency program to receive specialty training in treating sports related injuries.

         

        She was able to provide side-line coverage and quality care to acute and chronic injuries seen in Division I college athletics. Her training focused on returning athletes to full performance following ACL reconstruction, concussion, labral tears, and many other traumatic injuries.

         

        Dr. Katie enjoys collaborating with her patients of all ages to meet their goals by utilizing her manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning and her patient’s consistency with exercise to return patients to their daily lives, pain-free. She is certified in dry needling and is ready to start serving the Lincoln/ Bismarck/ Mandan community!

         

        In her free time, she enjoys hiking, going on bike rides with her 3 kids, walking her 2 dogs, and baking goodies. She and her husband are excited to be closer to family on the western part of the state!

        Whitney Fitzpatrick, PT, DPT

        Physical Therapist

        Whitney graduated from PT school in 2016 from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Whitney enjoys treating patients in rural populations due to their adventurous and stubborn spirit. She has personal experience with knee and back injuries and really enjoys helping her patients recover from these. The brain and pelvic floor are also interests of hers and she works to provide excellent physical therapy for each individual patient's needs. Whitney enjoys spending time with her patients to truly uncover why they hurt and how to recover and prevent future injury.

         

        Dr. Whitney is certified in Integrative Dry Needling, ImPACT trained for concussion recovery and training in Cogent Steps Emergency Response for the Athlete.

         

        She is from Wyoming and really enjoys outdoor activities with friends and family. Since coming to North Dakota she enjoys time on the Missouri River and tries to water ski at least once a weekend.

        Coty Sicble, D.C.

        Chiropractor, Owner Dr. Coty Sicble Chiropractic

        Dr. Coty R. Sicble is a North Dakota girl through and through raised in New Salem. She graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic as well as a license to practice Acupuncture.

         

        With her husband and two children they live in a rural community southeast of Lincoln, ND. They enjoy hunting, paying sports, horseback riding and gardening. Dr. Coty was member of the North Dakota National Guard for 21 years.

         

        As a chiropractor, Dr. Coty has received training in a multitude of different techniques in order to provide the most individualized care as possible. She is trained in Diversified, Activator and CranioSacral adjusting techniques. She knows that soft tissue work is extremely important in the sustainment of the adjustment. She has received training in Active Release Technique (ART), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Graston, Acupressure, Cupping and Trigger Point Therapy (TPT).

         

        It is important for Dr. Coty to understand what you expect from your care so that she can create a plan of care specific to your needs.

         

        Providing our cohesive team of specialist, adjusting restricted joints, and removing those things that are causing soft tissue restrictions will lead to quicker recovery times, fewer injuries, more stability and more freedom for you to RECLAIM your Health.

        Dr. Dakota Schell, D.C.

        Chiropractor, Owner NoDak Chiropractic & Acupuncture LLC

        Dr. Schell was born and raise just outside of Bismarck, ND. After graduating from Century high school in 2011, he moved to Grand Forks, ND where he studied psychology at the University of North Dakota where he graduated in 2015 with his Bachelor of Science. After graduating from UND he decided to continue his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in February of 2020.

         

        Dakota enjoys the company of his family and friends and can usually be found spending time with his niece and nephews. Growing up out of town and always having a variety of pets, he has always had a love for all animals, however he has a special place in his heart for dogs. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, family time, traveling, golfing, yardwork and just being outdoors.

         

        Helping people is something that Dr. Schell has always strived to do, and he believes that Chiropractic is the best way to achieve that goal. Dakota believes that when a patient comes to you, it is your responsibility and obligation to do everything within your training and ability to help make them better. These are among a few of the reasons that Dr. Schell chose to work with Reclaim Heath, the multidisciplinary setting allows for the absolute best possible care for our patients. It is his belief that by utilizing not only chiropractic care but also physical therapy and massage therapy when necessary, it allows for the most positive outcome potential for the patients, and having it all under one roof is a win-win for our patients’ health and wellness.
