No, but we do accept most major insurances. Call our office and we can check on your policy.
Is a referral from a Doctor required?
No! North Dakota is a direct access state, meaning come on in! We offer free injury screens to determine if Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and/or which other health care specialties will be best for you!
